Chief Mrs Henrietta Monyei Egbai chairs the Board of Trustees, bringing decades of leadership experience to the Foundation's strategic direction. She provides institutional oversight and governance guidance, ensuring the Foundation stays true to its mission of restoring dignity and creating opportunity for vulnerable communities.

Mrs Henrietta Nnemeka directs Operations and Relations, managing the Foundation's corporate affairs and cultivating external partnerships that expand its reach. Her work ensures the Foundation's programmes are backed by strong institutional relationships and sound operational practices.

Mr Slyvester Ifeayichukwu serves as Director of Finance, safeguarding the Foundation's financial transparency and long-term sustainability. He oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance so that donor and partner resources translate directly into impact.

Mrs Casandra Ewere Iyoha directs People & Initiatives, leading the boots-on-the-ground deployment of the Foundation's programmes. She works closely with field teams and beneficiary communities to ensure initiatives are delivered with care and accountability.

Mr Alfred Oni Egbai leads Strategy and Project direction, monitoring evidence from ongoing programmes to identify what works and scale it responsibly. His focus on data-driven strategy helps the Foundation continually improve its outcomes.
